It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Harper of Morganfield, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Harper and Barbara Harper; and his brother Mike Harper. He is survived by : his wife Lorrie Harper of Morganfield, KY; his sons, Ramon Harper of Columbus, OH, Charles Harper and Shannon Smith Harper; and his granddaughters, Brittany Huebner and Heather HarperA.
