He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Powell; and his brother Steve Powell. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Powell of Uniontown, KY; his daughters, Destiny Haire (Cody) of Henderson, KY and Dani Pemberton of Sturgis, KY; his siblings, David Powell of Uniontown, KY and Glenda Buchanan of Uniontown, KY; his grandchildren, Emma, Joshlynn, Andrew, Layla, Taylor and Karson; and his great grandchild Aaliyah.
