He was predeceased by : his father John Cutler; and his brother Scott. He is survived by : his wife Midge Cutler of Morganfield, KY; his children, Carrie Cutler of Morganfield, KY, Megan (Shane Winders) and D. J. (Jessie Cutler); his grandson R. J. WindersBrother John (Kay Cutler); his aunts, Yvonne Waddell, Twilla Yager, Edna Mae Fowler and Annice Cutler2; his nephews, Derick and Eric Cutler1; his niece Erica Cutler2; and his great-nephews, Braydon Cutler and Evan CutlerCousinsBurial.
