He was predeceased by: his parents, Alida Fain and Daniel Fain. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynda Fain Rupsch (Rob) of Morganfield, KY, Evonne Fain Thomas (Kenneth) of Uniontown, KY, Dannie Fain (Melissa) of Earlington, KY and Steven Neal Fain (Nancy) of Corydon, KY; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by 15 Nieces & Nephews.
