She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Joyce and Henry Michael Joyce; and her sister Kathleen Fandray. She is survived by: her husband John Costello of Morganfield; and her children, Jamie Gipson (Tommy) of Morganfield, KY., John Michael Costello (Melissa) of Wintersville, OH and Joshua Adam Costello (Heather) of Butler, PA..
