She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin "Baldy" Howe; her parents, Sammie Hewlett and Mildred Hewlett; her grandson Tyler Howe; her son-in-law Bruce Rippy; and her siblings, Betty Archer, Sam Hewlett, Kenneth Hewlett and Terry Hewlett.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Rippy, Larry Howe (Sheila), Ronnie Howe (Shona) and David Howe (Christy); her siblings, Bill Hewlett (Sharon), Jim Hewlett (Beth), Scott Hewlett (Barbara) and Kay Kepner (Phil); her siblings-in-law, Collis Archer, Ann Howe and Mary Howe; her grandchildren, Tasha Cook (Mike), Amy Klingensmith (Justin), Shawna Boggs (Dane), Heather Howe, Christopher Rippy, Jenny Evans (Jace), Sydney Howe, Andrew Howe and Payton Howe; her great grandchildren, Gabe Cook, Gracie Cook, Emma Klingensmith, Bella Klingensmith, Analeigh Boggs, Logan Boggs, Cohen Evans, Harrison Evans and Luna Rippy; and her great great grandchild Timberlyn Giesman (Valerie Cook).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (4904 W Kingshighway, Paragould, AR 72450). A procession will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Will Leave the Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Providence Cemetery (105-47 Greene 410 County, Marmaduke, AR 72443).
