He is survived by: his wife Brenda Maile of Morganfield, KY; his daughter Michelle Stewart of Morganfield, KY; his daughter-in-law Chelsea Stewart of Oakland City, IN.; his brother Thomas Maile (Beverly) of Cortlandt Manor, NY; his nieces and nephews, Julian Maile, Evan Ruth, Aran Ruth and Lauren Maile; and his great-niece Claire.
