She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Givens and Murnie Hudnall Givens; her husband Chester McCoy; her siblings, Ruby Proctor, Ava Mitchell and Coakley Givens; her stepdaughter Erdist Hudson; and her stepson-in-law Vernon Hudson.
She is survived by : her daughter Terry Hill (Dwayne); and her granddaughters, Alicia Hill, Chelsea Gilbert (Taylor) and Teressa Shrewsberry. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; several great-nieces and one great-nephew.
