He was predeceased by : his daughter Renee Quinn; his grandson Luke Embry; and his siblings, Betty Fay Woodcock, Janice L. Embry, Camilla Phelps, Anita Embry, Melba Hanley, Patricia Kidd, Hoover "Toad" Embry, Ken Embry and Ballard Goodwin.
He is survived by : his sons, Todd Embry (Angie) of Morgantown, KY and Grant Embry (Mieke) of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister Diane Colburn of Roundhill, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
