He is survived by: his wife Vicki Thomas Mann of Morgantown, Kentucky.; and his children, James Kessinger, Jeremy Kessinger of Louisville, KY, Christy Morris (Chris) of Morgantown, KY, Misty Belcher of Bowling Green, KY, Robert Mann of Nashville, TN, Kevin Mann of Nashville, TN, Dale Mann of Nashville, TN and Christopher Mann of Alabama.
