Franklin Phelps; his children, Carolyn Phelps (Tommy), Amanda Taylor (Robert) and Danny Phelps Liz (Jessica); his stepsons, Jeff Chaney (Jamie), Brant Jessup (Michelle) and Adam Jessup (Georgia); his brother Johnny Phelps; his nephews, Walton and Galen Neighbors; his niece Layna "Pearl"; and his pet Ellie Mae.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (404 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
