He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloy "Stoker" Lee and Louise C. Cardwell Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Lee of Morgantown, KY and Amy Lee of Morgantown, KY.; his grandchildren, Hannah Felty of Evansville, IN, Weston Goodall of Morgantown, KY., Gage Lee of Morgantown, KY. and Layla Dockery of Morgantown, KY.; his stepchildren, Lauren Chambers of Brownsville, KY and Scott Mauzey of Morgantown, KY.; his mother-in-law Ruby Mae Shields of Morgantown, KY; his brother Larry Parker of Murfeesboro, TN.; his siblings-in-law, Janice Coy (Shannon) of Morgantown, KY, Donna Wilson (Bobby) of Morgantown, KY and Brad Renfrow (Melissa) of Morgantown, KY; his wife Cynthia Jo "Cindy" Lee; and his siblings, Phillip, Ricky, Donnie, Ronnie, Gary Lee, Susie Williams and Marilyn Lee.
