She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Paszkiewicz and Brandi Premus Paszkiewicz of Children's Hospital; her siblings, Edward Paszkiewicz and Winry Paszkiewicz; and her grandparents, Jeffrey Sr., Charla Paszkiewicz, Randy and Bonnie Premus.
