She was predeceased by : her granddaughter Cindy Maynard; and her siblings, Guynn, Deacon Earl Basham, Charlotte Hendrick and Exie Miller.

She is survived by : her daughter Anna Belle Roberts of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her siblings, Loretta Elliott (Terry) of Russellville, KY and O. J. Basham (Sue) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
