He is survived by: his wife Loretta Johnson of Morgantown; his daughter Regina Hooten (Bobbie Jr.) of Morgantown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Matthew Meredith of Morgantown, Kentucky, Kaylin Hooten of Morgantown, Kentucky, Anna Claire Phelps of Morgantown, Kentucky and Alex Phelps of Morgantown, Kentucky; his stepgrandchild Case Hooten of Morgantown, KY; his great grandchildren, Abel and Ruby Meredith of Morgantown, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Wendel Johnson (Phyllis) of Morgantown, Roger Glen of Caneyville, KY, Helen Cockerel (Madrain) of Caneyville, Gail Cardwell (Roger) of Morgantown and Danny Johnson (Lisa) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
