She is survived by: her siblings, Darrell, Bill, Jim, Genie, Ben, Shurman, Myrtle, Rosille, Sis Johnson and Opal Phelps; her grandson Terry Shaw; her children, David Johnson (Ashley) of Morgantown, KY, Donnie Cockrell (Elizabeth) of Owensboro, KY and Ronnie Cockrell of Roundhill, KY.; and her siblings, LeRoy Johnson (Kathy) of Morgantown, KY and Rachel Shaw of Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
