He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt West and Roda Burden West; his wife Alma Brooks West; and his sons, Terry and Dean West.
He is survived by: his children, Cassie West of Morgantown, KY, Donald West (Kim) of Louisville, KY and Dana West (Louie) of Louisville, KY.; and his close friend Matt Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
