He is survived by: his wife Amanda Johnson Brooks; his mother Minnie White Burden; his siblings, Jennifer McCombs (Todd), Allen Brooks Jr. (Tammy) and Marilyn Frady (Paul) of Morgantown, Kentucky.; and his mother-in-law Peggy Johnson of Leitchfield.
