She is survived by: her husband Robert Cook; her children, Timmy Coy (Dalena), Scott Coy (Marie), Becky Parrish (Greg) and Michelle Coy; her stepson Glen Cook (Stasia); her grandchildren, Jacob Coy (Sara), Kelby Harvey (J. C.), Tori Miller, Brandon Grubbs, Chris, Kayla, Jessie, Elizabeth Coy, Emily Coy, Ethan Coy, Dalton Collins (Abigail) and Alora Cook; and her siblings, Louise Voyles, Joy Smith and Ricky Shields. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
