He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pearl Forgy and Mary Virginia Hills Forgy. He is survived by: his grandson Loren Ward (Randy) of Morgantown; his wife Kaylee of Morgantown; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Brody Ward of Morgantown.
