He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Henderson, Sr.; his wife Francine Collins Howard; his daughters, Dr. Allison Howard Grant (Connor), Kelsie Howard, Alisha Howard, Alyssa Howard and Joslyn Howard; his grandchildren, Nolan Howard and Serenity McKinney; and his brother Johnnie Henderson (Cindy).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (404 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
