He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Daugherty Lykins Johnson and Anthony Lykins; his siblings, Adam Lykins (Brooke), Dylan Lykins, Tiffany Johnson (Doug) and Holly Lykins; his grandparents, Joe and Joyce Daugherty; his aunt Amy Mode; and his uncles, Kenny Lykins (Freida) and Jonathan Lykins (BJ). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
