She was predeceased by : her son Tommy Phelps; and her brothers, Daniel and Kurt Hackman. She is survived by : her children, Carolyn Phelps, Amanda Taylor (Robert), Liz Dye (Joe) and Daniel Phelps (Jessica); her grandchildren, Heather Woodley (Eric), Petey Phelps, Xavier Dye, Destiny Dye, Kaleigh Powers (Caleb), Aurora Dye, Kurt Korb, Layla Dye, Joe Jr. Dye, Harmony, Dexter, Arbor Taylor, Kiarah, Briston, Kenden and Coben Phelps; and her great grandchild Maya Woodley.
