He was predeceased by: his parents, John Decker and Iona Burden Decker; and his siblings, Virginia Sturn, William "Buddy" Decker and Willodean Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Aline Decker of Morgantown; his sons, Larry Wayne Decker Jr. (Susan) of Morgantown, KY and Patrick Wayne Decker (Jerri) of Morgantown, KY; his granddaughters, Grace Lawrence (Dakota) and Lydia Decker; his stepgrandsons, Eric Keown and Michael Keown (Jessica); and his sister Faye Milam of Smiths Grove, KY.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Chapel (927 W G L Smith St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
