He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lacefield and Lucille Cooper Lacefield; his wife Patricia Dian Phelps Lacefield; his sister Abline; and his brother-in-law Chester Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Lacefield (Mike) of Morgantown, KY; his close friend Randy Kitchens of Morgantown, KY.; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Serenity, Easton, Weston, Gunner and Kyli.
