He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard P. Romans and Kathleen Dunn Romans; and his brothers, David Romans and Willard "Teddy" P. Romans Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sheena Phelps Romans; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Michelle, Caven and James (Betsy); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Romans and Dan Phelps.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
