He is survived by: his wife Jerri Decker of Morgantown, Kentucky; his sons, Eric Keown of Morgantown and Michael Keown (Jessica); his mother Aline Decker of Morgantown, Kentucky; and his brother Larry W. Decker Jr. (Susan) of Morgantown, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
