She was predeceased by: her parents, Bates Crockett and Lucy Hatfield Crockett; her siblings, Kenny, Bill, Harold and Jean Crockett; and the father of her children Eugene Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Ken, Katina Howard, Edward and Ann Howard; her grandchildren, Trevor Howard (Brittany), Maghen Schroader, Kenton Howard (Hayley), Kaitlyn Levis (Cameron), Olivia Elms (Jake) and Cora Phelps; her great grandchildren, Jack Howard, Beckett Levis and Dakota Schroader; her sister Clara Gray; and her friends, Helen Ayers and Marcia Elms. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
