Ford (Amanda) of Russellville, KY.; his siblings' children, Lea Akerman of Indiana, Christa Ford of Murray, KY, Michael Macdonald of Bowling Green, KY and Timothy Ford of Bowling Green, KY.; his aunt Mary Ethelene Johnson; his mother-in-law Audrey Woodcock; Randall.
