She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayo Roscoe and Creolia Smith Humphrey; her brothers, Basil, Mayo, Ben and Wellington Humphrey; and her nephew Desper Humphrey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
