She is survived by: her children, Joshua Proctor of Louisville and Shyanna Parks of Owensboro, Kentucky; her mother Ann Fishburn of Morgantown, Kentucky; and her siblings, Linda Embry of Morgantown, Kentucky and Dwight Fishburn (Jeanette) of Oakland, Kentucky.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
