He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Terry and Dovie D. Burleson Terry (Jesse "Margie" Burden). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Berry (Rick) of Wooster, Terry Chapman of Wooster, Kim Chapman (Debbie) of Wooster, Tanya Morris (Webbie) of Morgantown and Kevin Chapman (Kris) of Fredericksburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
