He is survived by: his siblings, David Hale of Columbia, KY, Deborah Lynn McClister (Bradley) of Beaver Dam, KY, Patricia Tison (Elvis Lee, Jr.) of Morgantown, KY, Daryl Hale of Bowling Green, KY, Judy Pettey (Lacy Roy) of Campbellsville, KY, Clifton Hale (Tessa) of Versailles, KY and Shane Hale of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
