He is survived by: his wife Shirley Woosley Keen of Morgantown; his children, Scott Keen (Laurie) of Morgantown, Kentucky and Donnita Keen Weeks (Sean) of Morgantown, Kentucky; and his sister Martha Franklin of Morgantown, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
