She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Proctor and Dorothy McKinney Proctor; her husband Doug Tabor; and her siblings, John Proctor and Mildred Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Ratliff (Mike); her grandson Ethan Cardwell; her siblings, Charles Basham (Phyllis), Clara Roberts, Chester Procter and Ed Proctor; and her nieces and nephews, Kay Proctor and Randy Proctor. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
