She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Mathis; her daughter Theresa Burnette; and her parents, Calvin Ledford and Bertha Barger Ledford. She is survived by: her grandsons, Robbie Burnette (Cristin) and Richard Burnette; and her great grandchild T. J. Burnette.
