He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Lynn Simmons of Nortonville; his stepdaughter Starr Dawn Sizemore of Madisonville, KY; his brother Wendell Simmons (Glenda) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Michael Simmons, Eryn Robinson, Sydnee Sizemore, Lilly Simmons, Dustin Drake and Gauge Terry; and his great grandchild Sevyn Skimehorn.
