She was predeceased by: her parents, John Osburn and Tina Osburn; her husband William Harold Lovan; and her siblings, Sharon Gibson and Bob Osburn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Celissa Lovan of Mortons Gap, KY, Cheryl Cates (David) of Mortons Gap, KY and Christina Rodgers of Mortons Gap, KY; her grandchildren, Chelsey Cruce (Austin), Will Rodgers and Gabrielle Lovan; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Cruce and Lainey Cruce.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reid-Walters Funeral Home (202 E Farren Ave, Earlington, KY 42410). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at the Salem Church Cemetery.
