He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennie Burden and Lucille Burden. He is survived by: his wife Judith Burden of Mortons Gap, KY; his children, Richard Kevin Burden (Lisa) of O'Fallon, IL and Misti Michelle Hodges (Edward) of Madisonville, KY; his brother Eugene Burden of Madisonville, KY; his grandchildren, Edward Hodges II, Lindsay Fenton, Kirsten Votrain, Kaitlyn Sessions, Skylar Washburn, Brandon Burden and Tanner Burden; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor Fenton, Andrew Fenton, Annalynn Votrain, Aurora Votrain, Lydia Votrain, Adalynn Sessions and Camryn Washburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
