He was predeceased by: his father Albert "Bud" Offutt; his former wife Kathy Jean Reynolds Offutt; and his sister-in-law Cathie Offutt. He is survived by: his mother Alice Offutt of Mortons Gap, KY.; his daughter Katie Fuller (Jared) of Madisonville, KY; his fiancée Gayla Sorrels of Madisonville, KY; and his brothers, Troy Offutt of Broken Arrow, OK and Daniel Offutt (Michelle) of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by three nephews.
