Wilma Phelps Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Phelps and Leota Skaggs Phelps; her siblings, Winford Ramsey, Jr. and Bonnie Ruth Phelps; and her nephew Wayne Ramsey.

She is survived by: her son Chris Phelps (Martha); her grandsons, Jacob and Andrew Phelps; her sister Judy Stinson of Claremore, Oklahoma; and her caregiver John Gipson of Mortons Gap.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bandy Funeral Home (18 N Main St, Nortonville, KY 42442). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the Greens Chapel Cemetery.
