She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Franklin and Rhoda Jewell Monroe; and her siblings, Kathleen Goodlett, Dolly Rodgers, Edna Richardson, Margaret Bruner, Jeanette Armstrong, James, Claude Jr., William and Harold Monroe.

She is survived by : her husband Willis Milburn; and her children, Lisa Conner (Dwayne) of Mt. Eden, Joy Blakeman (George) of Shelbyville and Troy Milburn (Angela) of Mt. Eden. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
