She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Preston Norris and Edith Eilyene Norris (Pennington); her brother Jerry Pennington; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean "BJ" Pennington. She is survived by: her son Wesley Vibbert (Cristy) of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Logan Vibbert (Makelia) of Mt. Hermon, Weston Vibbert (Kaitlyn) of Glasgow and Kelsey Vibbert (Gavin Wilson) of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky; her great grandchild Preston Vibbert; her brothers, Stevie Norris (Sharon) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky and David A. Norris (Connie) of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; and her close friend Ruby Kathy Griffin of Texarkana.
