He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mitchell and Elizabeth White Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Mitchell, Shirley Bauer (Bob) and Tommy Mitchell (Carole Leet); and his niece Samantha Florence (Ben). He is also survived by two aunts, several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home (5043 Main St, Mayslick, KY 41055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jackie's name to the Sardis United Methodist Church 41143 US-62, May's Lick, KY 41055 or to any local animal shelter of your choice.
