He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clayton and Betty Jean Perkey Clements. He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Hay of Mt. Olivet, KY; his daughters, Haleigh Hollin and Sarah Clements of Richmond, KY; and his siblings, James Clements (Sherry) of Covington, KY, Jeff Clements (Bari) of Richmond, KY, Sylvia Clements-Myres (Adam) of Bonaire, Linda Jones (Denny) of Fort Myers, FL, Sandy Gillespie (Bob) of Villa Hills, KY and Darla Hernandez (Jose) of Erlanger, KY. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
