She was predeceased by: her husband Granville "Hugh" Shelton; her parents, John Burd and Sudie Hill Burd; and her siblings, Genrose Smith and Ruel Burd.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Shelton and David Shelton (Donna) of Mt. Sherman; her granddaughter Brittany Shelton; and her niece Diane Howard.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home (9025 New Jackson Hwy, Magnolia, KY 42757). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
