She was predeceased by: her parents, William Omar Rawlings and Ella Grace Caldwell; her husband Billy Ray Williams; and her daughter Renee Prather. She is survived by: her children, Gordon Williams of Mt. Sterling, KY, Judy Eldridge (Dave) of Winchester, KY, Karen Jessup of Mt. Sterling, KY and Genean Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren.
