As Arena departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Arena may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Arena leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Omar Rawlings and Ella Grace Caldwell; her husband Billy Ray Williams; and her daughter Renee Prather. She is survived by: her children, Gordon Williams of Mt. Sterling, KY, Judy Eldridge (Dave) of Winchester, KY, Karen Jessup of Mt. Sterling, KY and Genean Martin of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Machpelah Cemetery (600 E Locust St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353).
