He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Lowe and Mary Rose Lowe; his daughter Jama Lou Lowe; his siblings, Bill Lowe, Kermit "Buster" Lowe, Helen Williams, Geraldine Owens, Eula James and Wilma Jean Montgomery; and his daughters-in-law, Kristy Lowe and Bernita Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jones Lowe of Mt. Sterling; his children, Kathy Frazier (Todd) of Olive Hill, Ronnie Lowe, Timothy Lowe (Pat) of Olive Hill and Warren Joseph "Joe" Lowe of Mt. Sterling; his stepdaughters, Carolyn McMullen of Mt. Sterling, Priscilla Havens (Dwight Holley) of Jeffersonville and Mary Elizabeth Jones of Winchester; his grandchildren, Darin Oney, Tabitha Dyer, Jessica Brown (Wess), Kaden Frazier, Megan Branham (Tanner) and Tyler Lowe; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Planck (John), Shania Havens (Kyle Nickell), Nicholas Jones (Brandi) and Tori Merryman (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Reanna Brown, Stevie Ann Dyer, Tegan Branham and Tarren Branham; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alec Thomas Hunter (Kaitlyn), Braiden Gage Nickell, Blake Gilvin and Montana Hunter; and his sister Polly Webb.
