We announce the death of Beulah Banks of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on July 3, 2026, at the age of 83. Beulah will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Barnes and Della Mae Sexton Barnes; and her siblings, Richard Barnes, James Barnes, Anthony Barnes, Rita Darlene Holder, Anna Lou Wages and Ruby Mae Cundiff.
She is survived by: her husband DecCoursey Banks of Mt. Sterling; her children, Della Katherine Banks of Mt. Sterling, Timothy Ray White (Rebecca) and Floyd Thomas Banks; and her sisters, Mary Ruth Patton and Barbara Jean Oaks. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
