Sterling and Larry Wagers, Jr. of Portsmouth, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sachia Woodley, Porsha Woodley, Trey Woodley (Chelsea), Brian Wagers (Amy), Ashley Wagers and Bailey Hall (Hayley); her siblings, Steve Herrin of Wellington, Roger Herrin of Florida, Rodney Herrin of Wellington, Brenda Allphin of Ohio, Connie Self and Vickie Peniston; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy McGuire, Shelly Slagle and Rick Penix. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
